Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from PawStory Studio. Please read our policy below for custom and non-custom products.

Custom and Personalized Products

Because most of our items are personalized or made to order, custom products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once design or production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible for personalized items.

Change of Mind

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we do not usually accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Refund Review

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
