How do I place an order?
Simply choose your favorite product, upload your pet photo if required, add any custom notes, and complete checkout as usual.
How do I upload my pet photo?
On product pages that require customization, you will see an upload area before adding the item to your cart. Please use a clear, well-lit photo for the best result.
What kind of photo works best?
We recommend a bright, high-resolution image where your pet’s face is clearly visible. Photos taken at eye level usually create the best portraits.
How long does processing take?
Most custom orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During busy seasons, processing may take a little longer.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after production is completed.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if available.
Can I order a portrait with more than one pet?
Yes, many of our designs can include multiple pets. Please check the product description or contact us before ordering if you need a custom layout.
Can I preview my design before it is shipped?
Some products may offer previews, while others are created and fulfilled directly after design production. If you have a special request, please contact us before ordering.
