Want to check the status of your order? Here is how to find your tracking details and what to do if you need help.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information if tracking is available for your shipment.

You can also check the order status link included in your order confirmation or shipping email.

Where to Find Your Tracking Number

  • Check your shipping confirmation email
  • Look for the order status link in your email
  • Search your inbox for messages from PawStory Studio
  • Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the email

Tracking Updates May Take Time

Please note that tracking information may not update immediately after your order ships. In some cases, carriers need 24–72 hours to scan and update shipment activity.

Processing

Your order is being prepared, designed, or produced before shipment.

In Transit

Your package has shipped and is on the way to the destination.

Delivered

Your package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If You Have Not Received a Tracking Email

  1. Wait until your order has completed processing
  2. Check your spam or junk folder
  3. Search for emails from PawStory Studio
  4. Contact us if you still cannot find your order details

If Your Tracking Has Not Updated

It is normal for tracking to pause briefly while a package is moving between facilities. If there has been no update for several business days, please contact us and we will help review the shipment status.
